How we collect, use, and protect the information you give us — written to be read, not skimmed past.

Who we are
GrowMyStore builds websites, custom applications, and API integrations. In this policy “we” and “us” mean GrowMyStore, and “the site” means www.growmystore.in and every page under it.
We decide how and why the information described here is processed, which makes us the data controller for it. You can reach us at growmystore.in@gmail.com.

What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you, run the site, and improve it. That falls into three groups.
- What you send us — your name, email address, phone number, country, budget range, the services you select, and whatever you write in the project details field.
- What your browser reports — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view.
- What you allow us to measure — aggregated analytics about how the site is used, and only once you accept the analytics category.

How we use it
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
- To reply to your enquiry and agree a scope of work.
- To keep the site secure and working correctly.
- To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve them.
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Why we are allowed to
Where the GDPR or a comparable law applies, we rely on these bases.
- Contract — handling your enquiry and delivering work you have asked for.
- Legitimate interests — keeping the site secure and improving it, balanced against your rights.
- Consent — analytics and optional cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legal obligation — records we must keep for tax and accounting.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that turn into projects are kept for the life of the working relationship and seven years afterwards, so we can meet tax and accounting rules. Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted within 24 months.
Analytics data is retained on the vendor’s own schedule and no longer than 26 months.

Where it is processed
Some of our providers are based outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the EEA, the UK, or another restricted jurisdiction, we rely on the provider’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate.
- Delete data we no longer have a reason to keep.
- Restrict or object to a particular use.
- Provide your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time — this does not undo processing that already happened lawfully.
Write to growmystore.in@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to your local data protection authority — in India, the Data Protection Board of India.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to do their work. No system is perfect: if a breach ever affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Children
This site is built for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date and version at the top of this page. Where a change affects cookies, we will ask for your choices again.
